In Re : CRAN 1 of 2024

1. Learned advocate for the CBI says that the petitioner is complying with the conditions of bail. He has also furnished his current local address to Belda Police Station.

2. Given that there are 92 chargesheet named witnesses and only 7 witnesses have been examined, we see that there is no possibility of early conclusion of the trial.

3. Since the petitioner is complying with the conditions of bail, we are inclined to confirm the interim bail on the same terms and conditions on which the interim bail was granted and we do so.

4. CRM (DB) 3313 of 2024 is, accordingly, disposed of along with the application being CRAN 1 of 2024.
