1. Petitioner prays for relaxation of the condition of bail requiring the petitioner to report to the Officer-in-Charge of the police station where, the petitioner is presently residing.

2. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, due to wrong legal advice, petitioner also reported to the Officer-in-Charge of the Hanskhali Police Station, although, was not required to do so.

3. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, petitioner entered into the jurisdiction of the Hanskhali Police Station, although, restrained from doing so. She points out, however, that, the petitioner was entering the Hanskhali Police Station for the purpose of reporting to the Officer-inCharge of such police station.

4. Charges stand framed.

5. In such circumstances, the condition requiring the petitioner to report before the Krishnaganj Police Station where, the petitioner is presently residing once in a week is modified to once in a month.

6. All other conditions of the order granting bail dated September 29, 2023 will remain the same.

CRAN/1/2025 is disposed of accordingly.
