Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner preferred the present writ petition being aggrieved by the state respondents, not responding to the communications dated 11.06.2024 as well as 29.06.2024.

Learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report which reflects that Haroa Police Station Case No. 486/24 dated 27.10.2024 has been registered for investigation pursuant to the complaint lodged by the present petitioner.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

In view of the aforesaid at this stage nothing remains in the writ petition.

The investigating agency will investigate and take the investigation to its logical conclusion. With the aforesaid observations WPA 24266 of 2024 is disposed of.
