1. By this application, the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of the Appeal No.23 of 2025, which is pending before the learned Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Kolkata

2. Considering the submissions, the Court is of the view that the prayer of the petitioner is innocuous. Neither party stands to lose if a proceeding is disposed of expeditiously. In fact, such expeditious disposal shall enure to the benefit of the parties.

3. The revisional application is disposed of with a direction upon the learned tribunal to dispose of the appeal expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months from the next date fixed. Adequate opportunity shall be given to the parties to contest the same.

4. This court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the appeal. The learned tribunal shall proceed independently and in accordance with law.

5. The revisional application is accordingly disposed of.

6. There shall be no order as to costs.
