Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to the complaint filed by the petitioner specific case was registered and charge sheet has been submitted after completion of investigation.

On prayer of the petitioner liberty is granted to approach the appropriate forum in the event the petitioner is aggrieved by the mode and manner of investigation. No fruitful purpose shall be served by keeping the writ petition pending and the same is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, allegations contained in the writ petition shall be deemed not to have been admitted.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
