It is submitted before this court that there is no subsisting order of injunction of any civil court. In any case, the parties had also been given liberty to approach the civil court for necessary orders in the event of any conflict with the findings of the panchayat authorities and order of court.

Under such circumstances, as the panchayat authorities have already held that the construction is unauthorized, steps shall be taken as per law, by forwarding the documents to the Sub-Divisional Officer concerned, upon intimation to the interested parties.

Accordingly, the contempt application is disposed of. Contempt proceedings are dropped. (Shampa Sarkar, J.)
