The Superintendent of Police, Purba Bardhaman has filed a report and the same is taken on record. 2.

It appears that the FIR No. 670 of 2022 has resulted in charge sheet being Charge Sheet No. 938 of 2022. It further appears that based on the report of the local police, threat perception was duly assessed by the Superintendent of Police and a police picket has been posted for some time. 3.

This Court is of the view that the order-in-question has been complied with in substance. In the event of any further violation by the private respondent and accused in the FIR, the petitioners may report to the concerned police station in this regard and appropriate steps may be taken. 4.

The contempt application is disposed of. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

There will be no order as to costs.
