1. Heard learned counsel for the parties at length.

2. This intra-Court appeal filed by the writ petitioner is against the order dated 18.04.2024 passed in WPA 8704 of 2024 by which the learned writ court found that the work orders already been awarded by the respondents and the same is already in progress in terms of the tender and is on the verge of completion.

3. Therefore, we are of the view that the learned Single Judge was right in not granting any interim order. However, we note that the learned Single Judge has directed the respondents to file a report by way of an affidavit disclosing the relevant documents and pleadings which are pertinent to the

arguments advanced by the parties. A time frame was also given for filing of such report. The writ petitioner was permitted to file their rejoinder. It is admitted by the learned counsel appearing for the appellant that the pleadings are complete.

4. Therefore, at this juncture, we do not propose to interfere with the impugned order and both the appeal and the connected application stand dismissed. The writ petitioner is at liberty to mention before the learned Single Judge for early hearing of the matter preferably during the third week of November, 2024.
