Learned counsel for the alleged contemnors seeks time to obtain instruction and also informs the Court that an appeal along with an application for condonation of delay is pending.

Let copy of the contempt application be served upon the learned counsel for the alleged contemnors as also upon the alleged contemnors by speed post with A/D within a week from this date and affidavit of service to that effect shall be filed on the next date.

List the matter for hearing under the same heading in the first week of December, 2024.
