1. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also considering the objection of the State counsel, I find that there are sufficient incriminating materials against the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the State has submitted that the trial would be concluded within one year.

3. I am inclined to reject the prayer for bail.
