1. The petitioner seeks enforcement of an ad interim injunction passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) 2nd Court, Uluberia, Howrah in Title Suit No. 133 of 2020.

2. There are other remedies sought for which a complaint is stated to have been filed with the Bagnan Police Station.

3. The Bagnan Police Station has filed a report dated 8th May, 2023 in the form of instructions addressed to the Government Pleader, High Court, Calcutta, which is taken on record.

4. The report indicates that the order of injunction has since been vacated.

5. Be that as it may, there is no specific order on the police authority till date. There is no complaint on record filed with the Bagnan Police Station till date.

6. In those circumstances, the writ petitioner may take steps in the civil proceedings in accordance with law.

7. This Court sees no inaction on the part of Bagnan Police Station.

8. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

9. There will be no order as to costs.
