It is submitted by learned counsel for the review applicant that, in the meantime, an appeal preferred before the West Bengal Co-operative Tribunal, Kolkata has been dismissed on the ground of withdrawal. As such, the applicant does not want to press the review application further.

Accordingly, RVW 98 of 2021 along with CAN 1 of 2021 is dismissed for non-prosecution without any order as to costs.

The written instruction along with certified copy of the order of the learned Tribunal filed by learned counsel for the review applicant today be kept on record. Urgent photostat copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
