Banerjee) Mr. Sudipta Dasgupta Mr. Sondwip Sutradhar ... for the petitioner Mr. Shiv Shankar Banerjee Ms. Sanchita Barman Roy ... for the NIOS Mr. Saikat Banerjee Mr. Ratul Biswas Mr. Kaushik Chowdhury ... for the WBBPE Pursuant to the direction passed by this court, the Deputy Secretary of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education has passed a reasoned order which is not acceptable to the petitioner and he wants to be considered against 2020 recruitment process as he has submitted that he had the qualification at that point of time but only remarks against him by NIOS was 'NC'. As the order has been complied with by the Deputy Secretary, I am not willing to interfere with the order in this matter.

However, liberty is always there to the petitioner to challenge this order of the Deputy Secretary dated 03.05.2023.

With this observation this writ application is disposed of.
