The petitioner was awarded a work order for upgradation of road from Uttar Chandipur to Dharmatola under Manickchak Block in the district of Malda in the year 2020. The said work order stood terminated later on.

The petitioner intends to avail the dispute redressal mechanism as mentioned in the standard bidding document, which is a part of the general condition of the contract. 3.

It will be open for the petitioner to approach the competent authority under the dispute redressal system being a part of the document relied upon by the petitioner.

Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be kept with the records.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

As the writ petition is being disposed of without calling for any affidavits, the allegations made therein are deemed not to have been admitted by the respondents.
