Mr. Banerjee, learned counsel for the petitioner, files a supplementary affidavit, let it be kept with the record.

The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher of Manmathapur High School (H.S), Gosaba, Sundarban, South 24-Parganas.

The petitioner prayed for general transfer under the 'Utsashree Portal' but her such prayer is returned by the concerned District Inspector of Schools (SE) on the ground that she is the single teacher of Work Education in the school. Once the prayer of the petitioner for general transfer was allowed but she chose not to accept the said order of transfer.

She, being a single teacher of the subject, the concerned District Inspector of Schools (S.E.) has rightly returned her prayer.

The writ petition being W.P.A 23535 of 2022 fails and is accordingly dismissed without any order as to costs.
