The learned advocate for the petitioners and the learned advocate for the State of west Bengal are present.

Despite service, none appears on behalf of the respondent nos.7 and 8.

Heard the learned advocates for the parties.

As the writ petitioners have made a representation to the Gram Pradhan, Gobra -3 No. GP, Gobra Ramnagar, Purba Medinipur being the respondent no.6. herein, no fruitful purpose will be served by keeping the writ petition pending and directing filing of affidavits. Thus, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no.3 to consider and decide the representation made by the petitioners marked as Annexure-D to the writ petition upon giving an

opportunity of hearing to the writ petitioners and the respondent nos.7 and 8 and to pass a reasoned order in accordance with law.

The Panchayet authority may also consider the prayer of the petitioners regarding any interim protection.

The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. All parties shall act on the basis of a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
