Dismissed that the victim has made a different statement before the Counsel and the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with the instant case at the behest of the father of the victim and is in custody for 173 days. The documents have already been supplied to the accused persons of the case and the case is ready for consideration of charges.

Learned advocate for the State has produced the case diary. Drawn the attention of the Court to the statement of the victim before the learned Judicial Magistrate. Learned advocate for the de facto complainant/opposite party no.2 is present.

I have taken into account the documents particularly the photostat copies of the statement relied upon by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and tallied with the said materials appearing in the case records.

Having considered the stage of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, CRM (M) 2145 of 2025 is dismissed. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
