2. Despite service no one appears on behalf of the victim.

3. Heard the learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.

4. Considering the statement of the victim recorded before the learned Magistrate and the other materials available in the case diary and the alleged role ascribed to the present petitioner who was the owner of the hotel in question, I do not consider this to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with requisite formalities.
