Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. The present writ petition was preferred by the petitioner being aggrieved by the Officer-in-Charge, Hare Street Police Station having not considered his written information.

Learned advocate for the respondent nos. 4 and 5 is present.

State has submitted a report which reflects that Hare Street Police Station Case No. 311 dated 05.11.2024 has been registered for investigation against the respondent no.5.

Having considered that the police authorities have already acted upon the communication made by the present petitioner and FIR has been registered, I am of the view that the purpose for which the writ petition has been preferred has already been subserved.

Accordingly, the writ petition being WPA 24235 of 2024 is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
