It appears that the prime grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition has been redressed inasmuch as an FIR has been registered on the complaint of the petitioner being Chandannagar PS Case No.152 of 2023 dated 11.10.2023 under Sections 341, 325, 354B, 504, 506 and 34 of the Penal Code.

Let the same be investigated expeditiously and in accordance with law.
