The 3rd Court of learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Howrah by the order impugned dated April 04, 2024 passed in Title Suit No. 293 of 2005 has dismissed the application of petitioner under Section 7(2) of the West Bengal Premises Tenancy Act, 1997 for default. Mr. Roy Chowdhury, learned advocate for the petitioners submits that he will take recourse for filing an application for restoration of the said application before the learned Trial Judge and to explore the said recourse, he prays withdrawal of the present revisional application. CO 3464 of 2024 is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn; there shall however be no order as to costs. Parties to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
