None appears for the appellant. Even on the last occasion, i.e. on 4th November, 2022, none appeared for the appellant. This appeal is of the year 2018 challenging an order passed by the learned Single Bench dated 19th September, 2018 in W.P. No.11923(W) of 2018.

On going through the order of the learned Single Bench, we find that substantial portion of the order is in favour of the appellant. The present appeal has been filed by the appellant only as against the direction issued by the learned Single Bench to make payment of Rs.2 lakhs upfront for making one time settlement of the loan.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we are of the view that there is no error in the discretion exercised by the learned Single Bench. Therefore, the appeal as well as the connected applications stand dismissed.

There will be no order as to costs.
