This matter has come for correction of order dated 1st October, 2024.

2. There is mis-description of the names of the appearing counsels in the said order.

3. Mr. Biswajit Tiwari, learned Counsel appeared for the defacto complainant and the Md. Zubair Alam and Mr. Habib Hassan, learned Counsel appeared for the State.

Let the appearance of the learned Counsel be corrected in the order dated 1st October, 2024. Server of the said order shall also be corrected accordingly. 5.
