For the respondent nos.4,5&6 The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the private respondents have obtained fake documents, particularly, the Epic Card and is using the same.

It is the further alleged that unaccounted money is being invested in the property.

The petitioner should approach the statutory authority which is responsible for issuing the Epic Card, local police have no authority to decide regarding the citizenship of a person until and unless there are specific

complaints from the statutory authority.

Accordingly, I do not find any merit in the contentions so advanced in the writ petition.

However, as directed above, the petitioner would be at liberty to approach the appropriate statutory authority for challenging the citizenship of the respondents.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 24225 of 2024 is disposed of.
