2. None appears on behalf of the opposite party No.2 in spite of service. State is being represented.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has prayed for restoration of the revisional application which was dismissed for non-representation on behalf of the petitioner.

4. It is submitted that at the relevant point of time the learned counsel for the petitioner remained absent due to his illness.

5. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as explanations delineated in the petition itself, the prayer for restoration stands allowed.

6. The revisional application being CRR 3818 of 2023 be restored to its original file and number.

7. Accordingly, the application being CRAN 1 of 2025 stands disposed of.
