1. It is submitted by learned counsel Mr. Anand Keshari representing the State that the matter was dismissed and subsequently restored. Thereafter, copy of the revisional application is misplaced and prays for further copy to be served upon him.

2. The petitioner is directed to serve the revisional application upon the State and matter be listed for hearing on February 5, 2026 under the heading "Contested Application".
