None appears for the petitioner. Heard Mr. Srijan Nayak, learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents.

The writ petition was filed in the year 2009 for restoration of electricity connection to a husking machine. An interim order was passed on 30th November, 2009 directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- to enable the restoration of the electric supply. It is not known as to whether the deposit was made. That apart, the writ petition has been listed before this Court for the first time after 2009 only today. By efflux of time, nothing would survive for adjudication in this writ petition.

Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of with an observation that if still the petitioner has any grievance, he may approach the respondent authorities

for redressal of the same and the said request may be considered in accordance with law.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
