Earlier this revisional application was called on 16.10.2023 when none appeared for the petitioner. Today also when the revisional application has been called, an accommodation has been prayed for. The subject-matter of this revisional application relates to a challenge in respect of the order dated 22.08.2023 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st Court, Sealdah in Criminal Revision No. 43 of 2023. The subjectmatter of the case also relates to M. Case No. 49 of 2018 wherein the learned Judicial Magistrate, 5th Court, Sealdah rejected the application for non-maintainability filed at the instance of the present petitioner. The said subject-matter was canvassed before the revisional court. The revisional court has also dealt with the same. Having regard to the fact that no fresh question of law is involved, I am of the view that no interference is required to be made in respect of the present revisional application.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 3815 of 2023 is dismissed.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
