Ms. Mrinalini Majumdar ....for the Petitioner Mr. Basu, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that C.O. 3151 of 2017 has been dismissed as not pressed, since Money Suit no. 5 of 2017, in respect of which said Application was preferred, has already been disposed of by the Trial Court.

Present Application has also arisen out of said Money Suit no. 5 of 2017. Accordingly present Application has also become infructuous in view of disposal of said Money suit no. 5 of 2017.

Let C.O. 3270 of 2017 be dismissed as infructuous.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
