Appeal No.1201 of 2024 pending before the learned Additional District Judge, 3rd Court, Howrah. The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the miscellaneous appeal is otherwise ready for hearing. She further submits that the next date fixed for hearing of the miscellaneous appeal before the learned Court below is 31st January, 2024. In view of such submission of the learned Advocate for the petitioner, CO 3473 of 2023 is disposed of by requesting the learned Additional District Judge, 3rd Court, Howrah to take up the hearing of the Misc. Appeal No.1201 of 2024, if the same is otherwise ready for hearing, on the next date i.e. January 31, 2024 and to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible but preferably on or before the end of April 2024 without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. \ (HIRANMAY BHATTACHARYYA, J.)
