1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

2. The petitioners have participated in a recruitment process of the year 2020 completed in the year 2021.

3. Pursuant to the directions of a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in another matter, the petitioners were all given additional six marks and a supplementary list was published in the year 2021. The petitioners did not qualify or come within the zone of consideration even after addition of marks in the interview. Hence they were not appointed.

4. The writ petition is barred by delay and latches as they approached court 2 years after knowing that they were unsuccessful.

5. In view of the above, no relief can be granted to the writ petitioners in this writ petition. Hence, the instant writ petition must fail and is hereby dismissed.

6. There will be no order as to costs.

7. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
