Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the present petitioners have already approached the Hon'ble Apex Court but warrant of arrest is pending against them. This court is not in a position to entertain any prayer because of the pendency of the application before the Hon'ble Supreme Court in relation to the warrant of arrest. Petitioners should in the circumstances prefer an appropriate application before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. The present revisional application, as such, is not maintainable before this court.

Accordingly, the present revisional application being CRR 3802 of 2023 is dismissed.
