Petitioner submits he belongs to a political party. Due to political affiliation, he has been falsely implicated. He prays for bail. 3.

Learned Advocate for the State produces the Case Diary. 3.

We have considered the materials on record. Allegations against the petitioner are general and omnibus. Possibility of false implication cannot be ruled out.

Under such circumstances, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner viz., Majibar Sk. @ Mojibar Sekh @ Mojibar Sk be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only), with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and he shall appear before the court below and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date.
