This writ petition was constituted to assail a notice dated 19th September 2006 issued by the Barrackpore Pourasabha to construct the Nonachandanpukur Municipal market. On close scrutiny of the writ petition, I am of the considered view that with the passage of time, the writ petition has become infructuous.
