Heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties.

It is submitted by the petitioner/applicant that he has complied with all the conditions imposed by the order dated 26th November, 2019 passed in CRM 11008 of 2019. The petitioner/applicant also says that he has appeared before the learned court below and has obtained regular bail. Upon completion of investigation, charge sheet has also been filed. There is also no adverse report against the petitioner/applicant. In view thereof, the condition, as incorporated in the order dated 26th November, 2019 passed in CRM 11008 of 2019, to the effect that the petitioner 'shall meet the investigating officer once in a week until further orders', is waived. However, the petitioner/applicant shall attend the learned court below on all the dates as specified for hearing.

Other conditions shall remain unaltered.

With the above observations, the application for relaxation of condition of bail, being CRAN 1 of 2021 is disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Arindam Mukherjee, J.) (Tapabrata Chakraborty, J.)
