We have been informed that the victim girl has already been recovered. Her statement under Section 164 of the Code has been recorded and she was produced before the Child Welfare Committee (in short, CWC), Purba Medinipur and she is presently residing at Sister Nivedita Children Home for Girls, Bargodargodar, Nandakumar, Purba Medinipur. Let the report filed by the investigating officer, as produced, be kept on record. Since the victim girl has already been recovered, no further order is required to be passed in the present habeas corpus petition and the same is, accordingly, disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Urgent Photostat certified copy of the order if applied for, be made over to the parties as expeditiously as possible.
