For the Petitioners This is an application for expeditious hearing of the Title Suit No.82 of 2020 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), at Jhargram. It appears from the record that an injunction application is still pending and a date was fixed for filing of the written objection.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that in the meantime the written objection to injunction application have been filed by the opposite parties herein. He further submits that 19th January, 2024 has been fixed for hearing of the injunction application. In view thereof, CO 3474 of 2023 is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), at Jhargram to take up hearing of the injunction application on the next date fixed i.e. on 19th January, 2024, if the same is otherwise ready for hearing and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably on or before 15th March, 2024 without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. After disposal of the said application for injunction, the learned Judge is requested to dispose of the suit as early as possible.
