It is further submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 12.09.2025 has not been considered by the authority concerned till date. On hearing the Learned Counsel for the petitioner, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the Sub-Controller Food & Supply, Rampurhat, being the respondent no.4 herein shall consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.09.2025, on hearing all the stake holders

and dispose of the same within 60 days from the communication of this order, by passing a reasoned order, in accordance with law.

The Writ application stands disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
