Mr. Jagadish Chandra Halder ... ... for the petitioner Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is a typographical error in the order dated 4th September, 2025 and he prays for correction of the same.

On perusal of the order dated 4th September, 2025 it is revealed that in the second paragraph 4th line instead of "The Pension Payment Order was issued on 26.11.2023" it should be read as "The Pension Payment Order was issued on 26.11.2013."

The other portion of the order dated 4th September, 2025 shall remain the same.
