The petitioner initially prayed for publication of result of the selection process of 2009 taken by DPSC, South 24 Parganas. The result has already been published. The petitioner also wants to know the marks obtained by him.

I direct the Chairman of the concerned DPSC to intimate the marks to the learned advocate of the petitioner by two weeks from the date of the communication of this order in writing.

With this observation and direction this writ application is disposed of.
