1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be kept with the records.

2. The petitioners pray for consideration of the representation filed before the Chairman of the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority (Micro Insurance).

3. Without going into the merit of the claim of the petitioners, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Chairman, Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority being the respondent no.2 herein to consider the representation filed by the petitioners in accordance with law after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the

necessary parties. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the parties.

4. Endeavour shall be taken to pass a final order in the matter at the earliest but positively within a period of four months from the date of communication of this order.

5. It will be open for the petitioners to forward all relevant documents in support of its claim to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

6. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
