Record reveals that 5th December, 2023 was fixed for framing of issues.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that issues have already been framed and a date has been fixed for evidence of the plaintiff's witness no.1 on 16th January, 2024 and hearing of the suit was adjourned on that date on the prayer of the defendant.

In view of the aforesaid, CO 3477 of 2023 is disposed of by requesting the learned 3rd Judge, Presidency Small Cause Court at Calcutta to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, preferably by the end of December 2024. \ (HIRANMAY BHATTACHARYYA, J.)
