The petitioner has made a representation dated 25th July, 2024 before the Director of Madrasah Education being the respondent no.3 but such representation has not been considered by the respondent no.3 till date.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner prays for a direction upon the respondent no.3 to consider his representation at an earliest.

Heard learned counsels appearing for the parties.

Let the representation made by the petitioner dated 25th July, 2024 be considered by the Director of Madrasah Education within ten weeks from date,

after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and allow him to produce all the necessary documents at the time of hearing. Needless to mention, that the order to be passed by the respondent no.3 should be communicated to the petitioner within seven days from the date of passing of the reasoned order.

The writ petition being WPA 24318 of 2024 is disposed of, however, no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit is called for, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied.
