The contempt application is taken up for consideration in presence of the learned advocates representing the applicant and alleged contemnors. Mr. Das, learned advocate representing the applicant alleges violation of the order dated 24th July, 2023 passed by the coordinate Bench on the connected writ petition.

Mukherjee, learned advocate representing the alleged contemnors submits that an intra Court appeal being MAT 2528 of 2023 has been preferred against the order dated 24th July, 2023 and the same is appearing in the list of the Hon'ble Division Bench. It is also submitted that the stay application has also filed in connection with the appeal.

In view of pendency of the appeal before the Hon'ble Division Bench hearing of this contempt

application stands adjourned for six weeks.

However, learned advocate for the applicant shall be at liberty to mention the contempt application for inclusion in the list, if situation so arise.
