Mr. Indrajit Dhar, Chairman of Murshidabad Municipality being the first contemnor, is virtually present; and Mr. Debasish Sarkar and Mr. Mritrunjoy Mondal, the second and the third contemnors respectively, are physically present in court pursuant to the Contempt Rule issued against them.

Learned counsel represent the petitioner submits that after service of a copy of the Rule, the order of the court has been complied with.

As it has been submitted that the order has been complied with, the contempt proceeding is dropped. The Contempt Rule is discharged. The contempt application is disposed of.

Personal appearance of the contemnors is dispensed with.
