In Re: CRAN 1 of 2025 The earlier order dated 27.11.2024 granting bail to the petitioner with the conditions which were specified are modified to the extent that the petitioner can leave the territorial jurisdiction of Liluah Police Station after obtaining permission from the learned special court and will meet with the Officer-in-Charge or the Inspector-in-Charge of Liluah Police Station once in a week till further orders. If the learned special court subsequently after six months deems it fit to modify the conditions further, the learned special court would be at liberty to modify the conditions keeping in mind that the appearance of the petitioner before the learned trial court is ensured.

Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2025 is allowed.
