We have heard the learned counsel for the parties. 2.

Prima facie, there is evidence of cheating. We are not convinced with the explanation offered on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner has issued a cheque of Rs. 8.5 lakhs and did not honour the said cheque. 3.

There is an allegation of forgery which is also adequately borne out form the case diary.

The de facto complainant is a widow.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this application for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

The report is kept with the record.
