Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that signboard 26.03.2025 Court No. 35 Item No.117 Rakib has been installed at his landed property. To that effect representation was submitted before the Superintendent of Police, Barasat on or about 25.08.2023. However, the said signboard still has been installed and existing at the petitioner's land.

In view of the aforesaid that no steps have been taken, I grant liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the respondent no.3 being the SubDivisional Officer, Barasat, the concerned Sub-Divisional Officer will within a period of fifteen days dispose of the representation and thereafter if he finds on assessment that no person could be located who has installed such a signboard, he will direct the Municipal Authorities to remove the same. In case, any resistance is faced by the Municipal Authorities or the Sub-Divisional Officer or any employees deputed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, in that case police would render assistance, so that there is no

breach of the peace and/or tranquility or any untoward incidents resulting at the time of removal of the signboard.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 23459 of 2023 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
