The spirit of the communication reflects that the petitioner has dispute with her maternal uncle in respect of a property.

She is aggrieved that she has been deprived of her share from the property.

There is nothing to suggest from the police report that she intends to come and stay in the property.

Accordingly, the issues so

canvassed in the writ petition are to be decided by the learned Civil Court being the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), 2nd Court, Barasat.

No interference is required so far as the present writ petition is concerned.

However, as directed above, the petitioner would pursue her remedies before the jurisdictional civil court which is pending.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 24295 of 2024 is disposed of.

A copy of the report has been handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner.
