We have considered the materials on record.

Petitioner is the registered owner of the vehicle which was used to transport narcotics. In view of the aforesaid material disclosing involvement of the petitioner in transportation of narcotics and in light of statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the N.D.P.S. Act, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
